A Season of Revival Renews Saskatoon

We have been coming up with creative ways to get people to come to church, one being our monthly potlucks. Our church enjoys getting together and breaking bread as often as they can while inviting friends and family. We have seen as much as 35 to 40 people pack into the church to get fed the Gospel before the potluck. Late last year, we had Pastor Les Theiss from Edmonton, Alberta come preach a revival for us. We were glad to see a few visitors come out and the faithful as well to each service. There are still a couple people I am working with from that revival with our brother.

The church just had a great time with Pastor Elijah Pete in mid-August. He ministered in music and in the word in our Sunday Services. We had seen one of our most attended church services to date with 35 people coming out for his last service with us.

God has been faithful to hear our prayers for fruit that would remain. In the last three months, we have been blessed to have our next door neighbor start coming to church with one of her sons. They are excited to see all that God has in store for their lives ahead, as are we.

We so appreciate the vision of our Fellowship and headship. We thank our Canadian brothers up here for all their prayers and friendship.
