300 Decisions at Chandler’s Hell House

The end of the summer brought to a conclusion our annual International Pastor Joe Campbell with men from the Dom Bible Conference with attendance approaching 1500 in the evening and our largest daily delegate crowd to date. Nine domestic works as well as three international works (Cape Town, South Africa, Puerto Rico and Lagos, Nigeria) were launched as well as our assistant pastor for the past five years Hector Ortiz and his family as they make their way to Hampton, Virginia to assume the pastorate of James and Renee Rosario who themselves will be coming on board to assist here in Chandler.

In September Pastor Campbell flew into the Dominican Republic to support our work in Santo Domingo and he brought back an excellent report of what God is doing. The quality of this growing congregation and the disciples is outstanding with people packed into every service with numbers of first-time decisions for Christ. Please pray for a larger facility for the Santo Domingo congregation.

October was incredibly fruitful with our first Hell House in nearly a decade bringing in 1200 visitors and nearly 300 decisions for Christ in three nights! Over 150 local saints participated in the building and support of this event, which was a massive effort with the people of God rising to a new level of participation and blessing to others. Our local television affiliate Channel 12 (NBC) toured our six room dramatic presentation with camera and reporter in tow. As they were preparing the story for the 10 o’clock news, they found themselves challenged in their efforts to find any negative responses. The final live on-the-air story was very favorable to our efforts.

We so appreciate God’s mercy, grace and redemption as He has added an abundance of new fruit into our congregation here in Chandler.
