Revival with Stacey Dillard Refreshes Chandler

At the same time, we are also experiencing times of refreshment through encouraging words, and refinement by challenges from the pulpit to be more effective in the harvest field.

Every February we have a Black History Celebration Week. This year we were privileged to have a revival with Pastor Stacey Dillard. Pastor Dillard preached words of encouragement and words that stirred us to persistently pursue Jesus. During the revival, we had more than 30 visitors and 20 people gave their lives to Jesus.

Another reason for excitement is that our Disciples are rising up! Every Friday, Disciples are leading an outdoor concert by setting up bands in the park, and are serving free food to draw a crowd. The event always ends with the Gospel being preach and altar call given. Not only are we seeing souls saved, but this has been a great training ground for our men.

In March, we had our annual Pioneer’s Rally. We heard powerful preaching from Pastor Greg Mitchell, Pastor Wayman Mitchell, Pastor Mark Aulson, and Pastor Campbell. The sermons encourages us to continually seek God and daily surrender to his will.

In our desire to see revival, Pastor Campbell gave a challenge to the Church to meet at 5 a.m. for morning prayer. Every morning from 5 a.m. to 7 a.m. the Church was packed with hundreds of people praying and contending for revival.
