A New Church Home Opens in Pietermaritzburg

The churches here in Pietermaritzburg continue to push forward in the Gospel in spite of the nefarious activities Hell plans against us. We have held revivals with various missionaries and local pastors in the past year. Pastor Andy Anderson, San Antonio missionary from ramatta, Australia The Port Elizabeth Church, came through at the beginning of December 2017 and we had an awesome time in revival. Pastor Andy challenged the church into a new dimension of expression, live music and outreach. Pastor Leebon Britoe and his wife Channiel came through in March 2018 and timely messages were preached with eight decisions for salvation and timely words spoken into the lives of various church members. It sounded like we were listening to Pastor Greg Mitchell preach. His wife ministered powerfully in special music. There is a great hope for the fellowship here in South Africa with this caliber of preaching and ministry being available for us.

All the while plans were being made to move to a bigger building as the church was growing once again with new believers being added regularly. We found a building that was four times larger than the place we were in. We began to pray and contend about this. We spoke to the landlord of the new building we were looking at and managed to lock the building down at a very reasonable price, just $150 US more than the rental of the smaller building. God is amazing to have opened this door for us. All the men in the church got involved and worked on setting the new building up.

We moved into the new building in time for Easter Sunday Celebration Service and have been contending ever since with the church members really encouraged by the new place.

We thank God for all He is doing here in Pietermaritzburg amongst the saints and we believe Him for greater Plettenberg Bay church were in pickup during accident. All survived es. things in the coming year.
