A Healing Crusade Stirs Faith in Mandaluyong City

Glory to God in the highest! God is faithful and tremendously moving as we continue to serve in His Kingdom. We welcomed the year 2019 with having so much gratitude, expectation and excitement of what God can still do in the coming months.

We are seeing growth in our Saturday ministries where increase in attendance and souls being stirred to know more about our living God and surrender their lives to Him.

In January, we had a film showing with the title “Facing the Giants,” that only faith in the Lord is the key to win against our biggest fears and failures. There are 127 who attended and several people gave their lives to Jesus Christ. Then, we have our themed 180 jam concerts, particularly the girls’ band night where 35 young people answered to the altar call. We ended this fruitful month with thanksgiving and fellowship as we celebrated our 37th year church anniversary. Praise God for this great blessing.

God moves in ways so powerfully that in each every outreach no matter the circumstances are, He is still saving precious souls. One Tuesday evening for a street preaching but due a technical issue was turned into 1-on-1 evangelism, surprisingly many people were reached and 59 souls accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior.

We had several revivals and we are privileged to have Pastor Jessie Cluck from Guam in March and ministered to us about the miracle of nothingness and an awakening message that we believers are being tested by God with our faith to prove His greatness through us and for others. Ten people came with sickness for prayer and received healing in their bodies.

In April, an impact team came from Hamilton, New Zealand together with their pastor, Pastor Scott McGrath for a four-day revival crusade in the city. Many heard powerful messages from the Lord through His preaching and 10 people responded and six people received healing. One 24 of them is a woman bearing her back pain for two years and was healed. God is our great healer and He is the same yesterday, today and forever.

Also evident in our church today is the growing population of young disciples as fruits of God’s will to save the children and the young ones. We have been blessed with our campus ministries, home Bible studies and children’s outreaches.

The time of the year and the moment young ones is waiting for was held last April 16-19 at a camp site for the annual Youth Boot Camp’s “Enlisted to Endure.” This year has been very blessed, the highest number of participants ever at 186 and 85 percent are new believers. Testimonies were shared on the value of what they have learned in the camp, which is discipline and humility. Every altar call was filled with the Holy Spirit baptizing them.

Another exciting time indeed for us at our May 2019 International Bible Conference having the theme “Supernatural Expectancy.” We were overjoyed to be ministered to Fellowship leaders Pastors Wayman Mitchell, Rich Cox, and Glen Cluck.

The conference started at 1,200 in attendance and ended at almost 1,700 delegates. Most importantly, out of this conference 10 couples will pioneer churches. The Church in Vietnam was turned over to a local pastor. Breakthrough after breakthrough came because we believe in God’s grace and mighty power.
