Music Opens a Door for the Gospel in Lloydminster — Winter 2007

It has been a busy year filled with revivals, concerts, outreaches, and good old-fashioned witnessing. We have seen a number of lost souls come to Christ. But the majority have simply come short of locking in. We continue to contend for these and other lost souls as we press forward with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

It is glorious to see the work of God in my life as well as others who have came into the church, and to watch as He matures and strengthens us all as we press to see his will expressed through our lives. We have seen the great blessing of our Pastor being able to spend less time at work and more time in study and ministry. There has been a definite dimension added to his preaching and an even greater anointing of God upon it.

We live in an oil rich city filled with money, greed, drugs, selfishness, and prosperity but we continue to believe God for a glorious breakthrough and strive for the establishment of dominion in this place. But as the word says “and let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”

We are a small congregation but have been able to accomplish great things for God. As well as the many revivals and concerts and giving to conferences we were blessed with the opportunity to send our Pastor with Pastor Dale Ramsay into Russia to preach the gospel to a number of churches there. It was refreshing not only for Pastor Don, but us as a congregation as well to hear of the powerful move of God in the former communist governed country.

Thanks to the many who have ministered in our church, to God for all he has done in our lives and continues to do, and the fellowship for the vision and faithfulness displayed all over this vast world. Thanks be to Christ for the victory he has established for us all!
