A New Church Home Opens in Kathmandu

We were sent from the July 2024 Prescott Conference to take over the church from Paul and Amy Arps. We Outreach in Johannesburg thank God for them, and all who have come before us to labor in this great nation. God has built a faithful core of believers here that is a testimony for Jesus in a nation that is largely ignorant of the Gospel.

We evangelize through one-on-one witnessing, concerts, and other special events despite anti-conversion laws. It’s great to see the vision of our Fellowship being fulfilled as disciples rise up to lead these outreaches.

A revival with Wade Schulz saw more than 20 first time visitors, eight saved, four filled with the Holy Ghost, and five men respond to the call to preach the Gospel. Thank you to Pastor Schulz and the Odessa church for their investment here!

Our Thanksgiving outreach attracted 25 visitors with five praying to receive salvation. In December, we were able to send three couples to the India Conference where they were stirred for the vision of our Fellowship.

Our Christmas service brought 80 people to church, with multiple people answering the altar call. In January, we were able to move into a new building that is three times larger than the old building and is in a better location. Our grand opening service drew 80 people.

We are looking forward to a breakthrough year in 2025! This nation is filled with desperate people, many of whom have never heard the Gospel even once. False religion has left them without answers and the result is that Christianity is growing faster here than any other nation in the world.

We currently have three churches in Nepal, but the field is white for harvest in this nation of unlimited potential.
