A Healing Crusade Stirs Faith in Pittsburgh

Today Pittsburgh is still drawing people from many different places still in search of a better life. This is proving to be a great harvest field for the Gospel.

Jesus said that He would make us fishers of men, and we have seen a breakthrough in our city. We held an outdoor healing crusade right next to our building. God gave us favor with the owner of the building next door and he allowed us to use his outdoor stage for the crusade.

Pastor Jeff O’Brien preached four Holy Ghost services, and prayed for the sick. There were a number of powerful miracles. A woman had her hearing restored, and another man had his leg grow out. People also got saved and filled with the Holy Ghost.

We thank God for Pastor O’Brien and the Brentwood church. We were blessed to have an outreach team from our mother church on Cape Cod come and help us labor for the crusade, along with the churches from the surrounding area.

We took the outreach teams to do street preaching. It was a tremendous time. A man got prayed for on the street and saw his leg grow out and back pain leave.

We were holding a final street meeting at an area called Point Park, where the three rivers meet. As one of the men were testifying, a young man rode by on his bike, turned around and came back and listened. I was able to invite him out to church. He gave his life to Jesus and is allowing God to work in his life. We also had revival services with Pastor Lino Borgos from Kissimmee, Fl. He preached five anointed services. In the final night of the revival the man that owns the building next door to us, that allowed us to use his stage, came to the service and gave his life to Jesus. God is so good! We thank God for pastor Borgos and his willingness to labor for souls. We have had a number of people walk in off the street into our Sunday morning services and respond to the altar call. Our street evangelism continues to be an exciting and fruitful time, as we hit the streets and preach Jesus to our city.
