114 Decisions for Christ in Kingman

In December, we hosted a week-long revival with JW Ballinger, which built upon the revival we have been experiencing throughout the year. Several people were saved, and even now they are growing into faithful members of our congregation!

All through December, Pastor chalal, California church lenged the congregation to participate and try new things - leading to a multi-media play production for Christmas. The young children of our Sunday School classes learned three songs, a few of the young ladies learned how to be puppeteers, and a couple of older saints took on the challenge of a monologue for a nativity.

With two showings, one being on Christmas Eve, our church got a glimpse of what God wants to do in our city! We had more than 70 people in attendance each night, and a total of four saved. We followed up with a reflection service on New Years Eve: testimonials from several new converts and a recap of what God has done with willing workers over the year. Over 114 decisions for Christ, and 40 first time visitors in the month of December alone!

Over Valentine’s weekend, we hosted our second marriage retreat, this year in a true “Retreat” fashion: a deal worked out with a local hotel that has hosted our evangelists throughout the last year, dinner and a seminar on Friday night, with breakfast and a seminar on Saturday morning. Seven couples invested in their marriages during this time. Most amazingly, God answered the prayer of restoring marriages at this year’s retreat.

Monica, a backslider from California, started coming to church late January 2026. When she heard the announcement about the retreat, she approached Pastor to ask if it was too late to be included. She and her husband Alex were currently separated, and he was struggling with addictions. We encouraged her to invite her husband to the retreat - and prayed for God to move! Alex attended the Friday night, reluctantly - but answered an altar call for salvation. The joy was visible in his face afterward, and when he walked in on Saturday morning, he looked like an entirely different person. We are excited to see what God is going to do in the restoration of this family!

As the weather warms up, so will our efforts to conquer Kingman for Jesus! Despite the devil’s attempts to keep a stronghold over the precious people we are working with, WE WILL NOT STOP! We believe God is going to do great things, and we will continue to labor and fight for victory. We are claiming his promise in Isaiah 60:22, NLT “The smallest family will become a thousand people, and the tiniest group will become a mighty nation. At the right time, I, the Lord, will make it happen.”
