A New Church Home Opens in Seguin

In June we released our Pastor Jason Garcia and his family to start a work in Bluefields, Nicaragua. As we welcomed our new leadership under Pastor Rene Torres, our church stood strong and pressed through and went from about an estimated 20 to 30 on Sunday mornings. Pastor Torres immediately

began ground work, taking us

to the streets for street preach-

ing and outreaching. We’ve

been able to have a few of our

surrounding churches from

New Braunfels and San An-

tonio come help us with out-

reaching and concerts. In July, we began Bible

study and we baptized four in-

dividuals (two teens and two adults). In September, we were able to have Revival with Evangelist Roderick Gonzalez packing out our services with over 40 people in attendance.

In late September we celebrated our 18th church anniversary service with Pastor Roland Perez. Conference in October brought refreshing for our leadership and words in due season for the estimated 15 saints who were able to attend.

A challenge was given to us to seek a new building for the congre- 15 gation through prayer and we are believing God to make it happen!

Also, in October we held our annual Fall Festival. With the help of the New Braunfels church, we were able to pray with over 50 people and reached more than 300 community members passing through. God is moving in our congregation and raising up people for new ministries.

In November we began Sunday School and had 15 in attendance that first day and we will continue our NP night for the second time this year as we bring encouragement for our men to preach the Gospel. We pray to one day soon send out our first baby church.
