Revival with Hector Ortiz Refreshes Eden Park

In our 2014 Eldorado Park September Bible conference, yet another of our baby churches was launched out into the area of Tembisa.

After all the years of labour and investment, Eden Park is at the cutting edge of Gospel preaching. We had our harvesters’ homecoming at the beginning of March 2015 and the church was strengthened and inspired for the furtherance of the Gospel and to realise that what we do as a fellowship is doable. Notable miracles took place, and timely messages were preached. Those we saw getting saved some time ago and serving God in the local assembly for a period of time are now entrusted with the sacred trust of the preaching of the Gospel truth.

Special thanks to Pastor Polaco who came right after our 2014 Eldorado Park September Bible conference to preach a revival for us in November, a time where many are gearing towards festive season vacations. We saw people getting saved and others filled with the Holy Ghost.

At the beginning of January this year we had revival with Pastor Hector Ortiz. What an awesome time we had. The alter was packed each night with those whose sought God’s help for their lives. Many were saved in that revival. In one of the services to top it all, we had about 49 people responding for salvation that morning. Our attendance during the revival went up to 200 plus and ever since then till to day we are averaging more than 200 in attendance.

God is indeed pouring out revival in Eden Park. This year our Easter kids Sunday school outreach has seen around 200 kids in attendance excluding the adults for our Sunday morning service. Many returned that evening for the evening service and the tremendous Sunday school play that was performed by their peers. When the altar call was made it was flooded with their responses. Many of this kids are at the brink of their teenage years. It is indeed good for a man to bear his yoke in his youth.

We thank God for the investment of time, the tireless efforts and the training provided by their teachers.
