New Believers Take a Public Stand in Everett — Spring 2020

We also had raffle drawings and prizes which kept people staying through ‘til the end of the event. In all we had 125 visitors! There were people from Egypt, Marshall Islands, Iraq and Ukraine to name a few.

Right before we handed out the grand prize drawing we pulled an altar call and many responded and prayed. A separate group of 14, mostly girls, prayed before our altar call. We also had six other people pray during outreach for the event.

The month following we to held a baby dedication/baptism all in one night. It was a Holy Ghost time! There were three baptized including one young woman who was saved from the Fun Day outreach whose toddler was dedicated that night as well.

There were many visitors in support of our new convert that came out and heard her share how God intersected her normal bus route, leading her to run into one of the ladies in our church who she was able to pray with and give her life to Jesus! Afterwards we celebrated with a good old potluck!

In December, we held a Christmas Carnival with face painting, Christmas crafts, and games. It was just a great time with lots of one on one interaction. We had a total of 27 first time visitors! There was a family that came when the event had already ended and some of our saints decided to take that opportunity, pull out a table and play a “minute to win it” game to keep them staying long enough for other people to minister the Gospel to them.

There has been a steady flow of visitors coming to church each service and many people continuing to get saved. Please pray for our new converts and families as we continue to win the city of Everett for Jesus!
