Hope Takes to the Streets of Everett — Spring 2021

We have amped up our street evangelism in the midst of all that has been going on in our nation and they have not disappointed!

Toward the end of 2020 we took dominion over some well-traveled intersections in our city, proclaiming Jesus with prayerfully made signs/ posters declaring hope in the times we are living in.

One impactful street outreach we held was combined with a sort of musical jamboree where many of the saints sang, rapped, or performed spoken word coupled with Holy Ghost anointed preaching and testimonies.

It was a glorious time watching people stop and stare, rolling down windows and just taking in what they saw and heard and we declare that the many seeds that were planted that day will return a large harvest!

Our city doesn’t know what hit it and we will continue to pray for it and take dominion over it.

With the end of 2020 quickly approaching we switched things up and did another street evangelism with Christmas-themed signs and just took dominion at an intersection down a few blocks from the church.

Men and women have been stepping up even more to the challenge to personally witness in their everyday lives apart from Saturday outreaches. We’ve had reports of an increase in faith and urgency as people talk to coworkers, “drive-by” witnessing, and even reaching out to people who once attended our church.

There’s just been a constant stirring not only to seek God but to step out in His power to win our city!

Young church kids have also been challenged to do more than just attend church. One of the brothers rallied our younger people to sing as well as learn instruments and put on a Mini Christmas Concert. It was just a tremendous sight to see!

We also had our very first “No talent” Talent Show with numerous performances showcasing many talents, some we never knew people could do, that we plan to encourage and see flourish in 2021.

We kicked off this New Year with more street evangelism and claimed a new intersection! It was incredible! There was lots of foot traffic since we were right by a bus station. Many people were witnessed to, including a man who was just passing through, yet by divine appointment, gave his life to Jesus on the spot!

We are stoked and excited for all that God is yet to do in and through our church and city! God is on the move and so is His people!

This month we will be baptizing some folks and we are ecstatic! Please continue to pray for us and the Pacific Northwest!
