Revival with Gary Monnens Refreshes Everett

In April we did our very first Easter Egg hunt/Fun Day and the turnout was incredible! We had a total of 71 visitors with many hearing the Gospel and leaving knowing that there is a church in their community preaching the Full Gospel of Jesus Christ! We are excited for all God is going to do the next time around.

In May we held a “Puppets at the Park” outreach. Many of the saints came together and shared to gospel through several short and pertinent skits using well-known characters kids love. Yoda was even doing an outreach! We were able to declare Christ to 36 visitors!

In June some of our young people held an outreach of their own consisting of a Magic Show with Spoken Word during the intercession. It was a great time seeing these youth on fire use their talents to win souls. We had 42 visitors and 6 souls saved! This outreach kicked us right into revival with Evangelist Gary Monnens where we had a time of refreshing and stirring by the Holy Ghost! Many were saved during the revival! We thank Evangelist Monnens for investing in us!

In July many of our saints were privileged to attend the grand opening of the new Prescott Conference Building and came back on fire and setting the brethren on fire with them. Since then many of these faithful saints have started weekly street preaching, steady outreaches, and a womens group called “Sisters @ Work”, and ultimately have imparted just a tremendous spirit of expectation of all God can and wants to do in our city!

In the month of August we hosted the Good News Magic show from Salem and they never disappoint always bringing the gospel to the people of Everett like only they can with their comical yet incredibly anointed illusions and illustrations. We were excited to see 56 visitors including a large Iraq family glued to their seats as the gospel was being preached. 6 souls got saved during this outreach. And God never fails to bring people from surrounding birthday parties and park goers with kids. All we had to do was show up! Glory to God!

There has also been a steady flow of new faces coming into the church—couples, individuals, families and even backsliders. We are pumped up for all that God is yet to do! Please continue to pray for us here in Everett. We are still taking the land!
