Changed Lives Open School Doors in Everett — Spring 2022

Toward the end of August we were grateful to have the Federal Way and West Seattle churches come team up with us and help outreach for an upcoming revival and a Magic Show featuring Jed the Magician (Pastor Jed Matthews from Shoreline, WA). There was such a liberty in speaking to visitors and praying for the sick during this outreach.

At the conclusion of the event we saw 56 first-time visitors with 14 souls won for Christ! A powerful piece of everything was that this was a completely “Disciple-led” Outreach! From the vision, to the organizing, to carrying out of it all!

We also, from this outreach, gained a family, a brother and sister who gave their lives to Jesus that afternoon and have been attending our church to this day.

This Magic Show kicked off our revival services with Pastor Bob Overson. It was a very well attend- 12 ed revival! We were encouraged and ever stirred to continue to press on and do God’s work in our city. Many individuals received timely words as well! We praise God for that!

In October, we took to the streets on Halloween and decided to dress up in costumes and go “Reverse Trick or Treating” and handed out candy to people while we witnessed and shared Christ with them! Many people were touched.

Then in December, a weekend before Christmas, we took to the sidewalks of our neighborhood Walmart, near the entrance and shared a few Christmas Carols with testimonies in between. We had a great response from all the last minute shoppers we encountered that day!

Our kid’s Sunday school also put on a spectacular Christmas Play this past season. It was a great performance!

This year, In January, we kicked off 2022 with a “No Talent” Talent Show! It was a great time seeing people rise up and showcase God given talent that we plan to utilize throughout this year.

We are blown away with all that God has done! Not to mention the many new people that have been added to our church family! We are so grateful and we are not done yet.

We are contending for an even more fruitful 2022. As our late, great Pastor Wayman Mitchell would declare -“Still taking the land!”
