Revival with John Robinson Refreshes Springfield

Since the John Robinson revival we have seen both individuals, as well as our entire congregation step up to answer the challenge for evangelism.

On a local level several men stepped up to plan and lead their own outreaches (due as well to a challenge from our pastor to have “outreach eyes”). Two major events occurred: One was an outdoor concert headed up by a disciple to reach a neighboring community. At this concert we saw 25-30 visitors and 10-15 make decisions for Jesus. The second event was another disciple who stepped up to plan a full-production play for Halloween. During two nights of this play we saw 12 visitors, with two decisions for Jesus. On a congregational level we stepped up by planting our first missionary work into the country of Austria!

As souls are being added to the kingdom, we are seeing young men and women with a desire to be raised up and used for the glory of God. With prophecies from several different conferences about backlidden children returning, we are seeing and experiencing the fulfillment of these prophecies. These young people are making reconnections to the youth in the church. Some of them have even come out to both our concerts as well as our services. We are believing God to show Himself true to these individuals as they get locked back in to the house of God.

During our Memorial Day picnic, we saw three individuals make a public declaration of Christ by getting water baptized. Since the baptism two of these men have risen into the role of public discipleship as well as taking on leadership roles within the church.

In August we have revival with Evangelist Glen Pugliese from El Paso, Texas. In this revival we saw God doing incredible things. There were several demonstrable miracles. One man answered the altar call to be saved. While at the altar he laid his drug paraphernalia down. He then received prayer for his shoulder, having pain for over 20 years. He was instantly healed - all the pain left and he was able to lift his arm over his head. The look of amazement on his face was priceless. Another woman was instantly healed of back pain while this man was being prayed for. She received a healing while standing at the altar watching. God is good!

We pray that God is doing great things in all our Fellowship churches. It’s a privilege to labor for God in these last days before the return of Jesus.
