Music Opens a Door for the Gospel in Jacksonville

We kicked off last summer with two separate three-day family fun day events with concerts, movies, games and food. These drew great crowds on both occasions as many were anxious to get out of the house and do something.

Many visitors came and heard testimonies of lives changed and we were able to preach the Gospel to a lot of people. These are also a great tool for us to get quality one-on-one evangelism within the community.

Revivals with Evangelists Patrick Johnson, John Robinson, Jerry Fussel, and Peter Ajala brought powerful words and life changing messages to our congregation. Every revival had its purpose and the faith of our congregation was strengthened.

We were involved with the Annual God & Country Rally in Washington D.C. and this is always a powerful time as area churches gather together to preach the Gospel and present accurate recounting of historical times and events that have been instrumental to the blessings of God wrought upon our nation.

God has granted us unbelievable favor so that hundreds can hear the Gospel. Afterwards we were able to worship right there on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial, which has become our custom.

We put on our Haunted House which saw an incredible turnout of over 700 people, with more than 175 souls giving their lives to Jesus!

We followed this up with a Harvest Dinner which allows us to follow-up and fellowship with these new believers.

One of the disciples in our church has a rehab group called Recovery180 that works with people recovering from current or past substance 7 abuse. This brings in a constant flow of visitors and converts. We are believing God that these precious souls get delivered and we see lasting fruit from this ministry.

We are beginning to see some of these new converts get involved in ministry and also some of our youth begin to catch the vision and step into the fire of ministry.

We are back to sending impact teams out almost weekly to sister churches in the area and we are we are getting great reports back from these pioneer works. We are also seeing visitors on a weekly basis here at home. God is moving!

What an awesome time it is to be doing what God has called us to do! It is always amazing to see the way God builds and stabilizes his church through the years. We serve an awesome and faithful God!
