Music Opens a Door for the Gospel in Tucson — Summer 2007

One thing is true, God is faithful to confirm His Word! If we preach it, He will honor it.

This April we saw 136 people saved during Easter weekend as we put on the play, “Judgment.”

We had two outstanding revivals where we saw many people saved, the first one was in February with David Vicary from Perth, West Australia, and the second one with Bill Neil from Hesperia, California.

This May we started up our H.A.R.V.E.S.T. (Having a Radical Vision for Evangelizing Souls in Tucson) Outreaches. These are a series of monthly outreaches during the summer months in different places in Tucson. This year we are strategically focusing in on specific areas in our city. The first one was in Menlo Park, that is situated in Southwest Tucson. We planned three separate outreaches there, three Saturdays in a row. The first Gospel assault was with our gang play “Once to Die,” the second was a follow-up concert, where we invited those who were saved the week before, as well as pass out flyers to the same neighborhood again. Tables were set up, we fed the visitors hot dogs and lemonade. The third week we met at the park, and gave names and addresses to our people. Each one had a church packet with information about our church, and events that we will be having. They were released to go visit people who were saved in the two previous outreaches.

This is beneficial because we established dominion in that area, we let ved people know who we are, and we established relationships.

We thank God for the wonderful privilege of serving Him. Pray for us as we continue in prayer for you.
