A Season of Revival Renews Tucson — Spring 2006

Spring is a busy time for us here in Tucson, as we prepare for our Summer Bible Conference (June 12 th – 16 th ). Our Conference theme will be: “A Clear and Steady Vision for Desperate Times.”

This is so pertinent today as we witness the sea of humanity reeling from the ebb and flow of human events. A time where important is- ‘In February we saw more han 60 people saved during ur revival with Chaplain Bob Mecado. The revival began on uper Bowl Sunday, and we ad a packed house. People ould rather be where God moving than in front of TV atching a game! One convert, n avid football fan, came to hurch during the second half f the game, got saved, and is ill coming church.’ Christmas play ‘Scro sues are made to look blurry, and things that were once stable are being shaken. We thank God that He has given us “a clear and steady vision for desperate times.”

We will have a report on all that oge’ brings visitors, salvations at Tucson God did, and the works that were sent out in the next issue of the Trumpet.

In December we had our Christmas drama “Scrooge.” We saw many visitors and people come to the Lord.

In February we saw more than 60 people saved during our revival with Chaplain Bob Mecado. The revival began on Super Bowl Sunday, and we had a packed house, people would much rather be where God is moving, than in front of TV watching a game! One convert, an avid football fan came to Church during the second half of the game, got saved, and is still coming to Church.

We thank God for the opportunity of serving Him with brethren of like mind and spirit.
