Revival with Serafico Saavedra Refreshes Oklahoma City

In April, we had a revival with Pastor Serafico Saavedra of our mother church in Amarillo, Texas. Many people were healed and there were a number of visitors nightly, growing our attendance into the 80s! He gave us a word saying he sees “the building filled to capacity and soon the building wasn’t going to be large enough to hold all that God was going to do in our city.”

During the summer we had Amarillo’s “Faces of Meth” play. There was a tremendous response and many souls received Christ. We had 20 visitors with nine saying a prayer of repentance!

This September, we had a baptism service in which eight souls baptized! Many family members came to the service to see their loved ones be baptized. Attendance reached 89!

Our annual Fall Festival with music, games fun for the whole family, reached a record breaking 506 people in attendance! We gained many contacts through this event with a number of people saying a prayer asking Jesus into their hearts.

Also this year, we hosted a haunted maze in the backyard of the church. More than 280 people come through! We brought people to real life scenarios at each turn in which they ultimately have to make a decision to change their ways or continue lost in the maze of life. Over 130 gave their lives to Christ that night and we are continuing to harvest the souls into our church.

God is continuing to do a work in the Great city of Oklahoma City! We are making a mark here and moving forward to win the whole state for Jesus!
