Healing and Hope Mark a New Season in Chingola

Last year we were once again privileged to attend the Annual Central African Bible Conference “Focusing on the Mission” with guest preachers Pastor Jeff Day and Pastor Scott Lamb. We were able to plant a church in our neighboring city Chililabombwe.

In the month of September, the mother church hosted the Copperbelt Campaign and we gave the opportunity to two of our baby churches to host in their areas, one night in Nchanga North and two nights in Lulamba and we really saw the hand of God, many people where healed and many gave their lives to Jesus.

In November, we hosted our Annual Chingola Harvesters Rally “The Gift of Ministry” with guest preacher Pastor George Karabasis from Lusaka. It was a great time of ministry, were the church and the area churches were refreshed and encouraged to appreciate ministry and not take blic beach in Cebu, Philippines it lightly as a side hassle or second option.

On Christmas Day we had a carols service and fellowship, it was really awesome to see people come out for the service especially for the fact that it fell on a Wednesday.

On New Year’s Eve, we held a potluck dinner which was really nice, we saw people bring lots of food to share. Many people gave testimonies and our pastor gave a short exhortation encouraging everyone to embrace God’s vision and not our on for the following year.

We entered the New Year powering on for Jesus and we have truly seen his hand upon us with frequent decisions in our regular services and seeing families lock in.

We are extremely excited to see what God is going to do for us in this year and we are expecting good things. Keep praying for us as we take Chingola for Jesus.
