A Season of Revival Renews Chilliwack — Fall 2006

We have been very busy this summer as we kicked it off with Pastor Rick Martinez who preached a great revival which stirred and challenged the people to live their lives for Jesus. Jason and Jennifer McDonald launche Conference to pioneer in Maple Ridge

We have been very busy with our regular outreaches and have had some excellent band outreaches on the courthouse steps. Some of the disciples have even been getting together to go on impromptu outreaches to the skate park and various other places in town. In the last three weeks we have seen 15 people give their lives to Jesus.

Recently our band Brimstone was able to go to the baby work in Surrey and play and testify in Bear Creek Park where hundreds were fed hot dogs and heard the gospel. Surrey is a city that is filled with people from many nations, particularly India, and many East Indian people had a favorable response to the saints as they challenged them to give their lives to Jesus. We saw 14 people from the church go to the July conference in Prescott, where Jason and Jennifer McDonald were launched into Maple Ridge, BC. On the way back from conference some of the ladies were able to pray the sinner’s prayer with a young woman that was involved with lesbianism. Upon praying that prayer her countenance was drastically changed. We are pressing on and fighting the good fight as we labor to see souls saved in these last days. We will also be holding our annual Canadian Conference in October with Pastors Wayman Mitchell, Tom Payne as well as pastors from Russia and the Czech Republic. It will be such a thrill to see what God is doing in the nations that God has given us the privilege and opportunity to invest in, and support the works of His kingdom. ed at Prescott
