Cebu City Sends Out New Workers

Also in July, Pastor Ernie Gerente from Lucena City visited us with a revival service. Pastor Dave Stephenson from Phoenix, Arizona preached on our Sunday Service in August. On that day, Pastor Dave prayed a healing prayer and sicknesses were healed. Glory to Jesus! Also, Pastor Tony Tinio from Tagum, Mindanao preached on our Sunday Service in August. It was a great service for Christians to be revived by the Holy Spirit.

We just had the Central Visayas Bible Conference in August. Our guest speakers were Pastor Dave Stephenson and Pastor Gary Marsh from Arizona, Pastor Frank Buenaventura, Pastor Alberto Desepida, and some local pastors here in Visayas.

The Conference theme, “Iron Sharpens Iron” (Proverbs 27:17) has been powerful for us. Part of it is dealing with corrections, a need for leadership, sharpening of a Christian, principle of submission, the influence of a church, reality of failures, spiritual tools, etc. More and more revival breakthrough was felt by disciples as God speaks to every sermon.

This has been a powerful conference, and as years passed by, disciples were multiplied. We almost reached 600 on this Bible Conference. God has truly moved in this place! Seven couples were launched out on the final night! We will not stop doing the mission for God’s glory.

Thank you for all of your prayers here in Cebu. We will continue to serve God and to do the great commission. We will also continue to pray for you and other churches as we all carry on the vision to every nation. God bless and let’s keep the fire burning in God’s kingdom!
