Revival with Anthony Saavedra Refreshes Blythe

We have been seeing an influx of backsliders returning home. God’s supernatural power has been drawing those who were saved many years and many pastors ago. We are grateful to be part of the harvesting of these precious souls.

We started the year with a wedding of a precious couple who had, four months prior, gotten saved. It has been amazing to watch the radical transformation in their individual lives and their family. We expect great things for them and their entire family.

Through our regular concert scenes, we are continuing to experience a steady flow of people getting saved. Through that ministry and the faithfulness of the saints who put it their time and effort to facilitate that ministry, we have seen many, not just pray a prayer, but actually lock in to church and become integral parts of our congregation.

We are so grateful to those who, 18 on their own time, practice countless of hours to make music or skits that spread the good news and those who set up and do all the behind the scenes work to make a concert happen. May God continue to bless your efforts with many souls won to the kingdom of God.

Last July we were able to send several of our youth to the Believers Boot Camp in Las Vegas, NM. Many of those who attended came back on fire and with a renewed focus to win the world to Jesus.

We have seen some of those precious youths steadily rising up in ministry and becoming the men/ women that God has called them to be. Some are now ushers, some have been able to overcome their shyness and testify boldly about what God has been doing in their lives, and some have been slowly and steadily growing in their faith. They have even been putting on One80s that are run entirely by the youth.

We are so grateful for the lasting impact that Boot Camp has had on the young people’s lives. Many who attend are forever changed and transformed.

This year Pastor Mitch Montoya and Evangelist Johnny Valtierra came and preached timely messages that have continued to propel our congregation forward.

We just concluded a revival with Pastor Anthony Saavedra. This revival was specifically geared towards the family. Each sermon brought clarity and practical application for families. We saw many people saved and families healed.

In our city, we have been noticing a disturbing trend. Not only are many fathers running out on their children but now were noticing an uptick in mothers running out as well.

Many saints in the church saw this need and partnered together to combat this problem. They have started ministries that are designed to train young men/women as the scripture admonishes in Titus 2. It’s amazing to watch men and women reaching out these motherless, fatherless, or sometimes parentless children and taking active roles in mentoring them to do right. God really does set the solitary in families and our prayer is that He heals families in our city.

In February our baby church was able to start in their new, beautiful building and since have been experiencing tremendous favor in their city.

God in moving powerfully in individual lives and we have seen growth in those saints who have been regular members for some time. We also have seen many getting saved and locking in and started to get transformed by the power of Jesus Christ. Many backsliders have been returning.

We are grateful for Pastor Mitchell, Pastor Greg and the Prescott congregation who sent a worker to start a church here and have regularly invested in this city.

We are expecting great things still to come!
