Changed Lives Tell the Story in Hyannis

My name is Henry Borgos. I am 26 years old, and I’ve been saved for two awesome years.

God is a faithful God. I am so thankful that He hears and answers our prayers. This testimony is about how God delivered and restored my marriage.

Before I got truly saved in 2006, I was a drug dealer. I liked robbing people for money. I was a fighter, a womanizer and an alcoholic. I was always with the wrong crowd.

On top of all that, I thought I was a good person. I met my wife in a dance club, and I thought to myself, “She is the one.” I moved in with her shortly after I met her and I thought everything that I decided on was OK. The first 3 months of our relationship were good, but shortly after, she started seeing who I really was. We had a lot of arguments, disagreements, and plenty of times, I made her cry. We would go places and we would always argue and end up having a horrible time.

I realized that I was acting like my father, even though I hated how he treated my mother while I was growing up. I was just like him with my wife. I began praying to God to help me with my attitude, and who I was.
