New Believers Take a Public Stand in Lynn

Nichole had been separated from her husband for over 10 years. During that time, she fell into a life of drugs and sin. In August 2024, she moved back to Lynn with her son to live with her husband, who had become a Christian while they were apart.

Desperate for God’s help and searching for an English-speaking church, Nichole came across The Potter’s House of Lynn online. She first attended a service in February 2025. After coming for several weeks, she responded to an altar call and gave her life to Jesus Christ.

Since then, God has been moving powerfully in her life. She and her husband have remained faithful to church, and Nichole was recently baptized and has begun honoring God through tithing.

In April, they attended the Cape Cod Conference together where Nichole was filled with the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues.

On September 6th, Nichole and her husband Ben renewed their wedding vows, choosing to place Jesus at the center of their marriage. During the ceremony, we had over 130 people in our building celebrating with them.

Tragically, this year Nichole experienced the passing of both her brother and her mother. What has been incredible to witness is how Jesus Christ has been helping her through these difficult times. She has remained faithful to God despite the hardships she has faced.

Recently, two of her sons came to church and responded at the altar call, giving their lives to Jesus. God continues to work powerfully in her life.
