A Healing Crusade Stirs Faith in Carbondale — Fall 2006

In June we held our ninth annual healing crusade with Evangelist Dennis Wright as the guest speaker. Every year it gets better and better. We saw several notable miracles. One lady that came out had a couple inoperable brain tumors. She was prayed for and went back to the doctor, who gave her a clean bill of health. Praise God! Another man had a rock climbing accident that rendered his hand almost useless since he could not open it all the way. He responded to the altar call for salvation and then was asked if he needed prayer. He did, and God gave him a miracle for all to see. He held his hand in the air, doing that which he could not do before. We serve an awesome God! During the outreach and the crusade we saw at least 28 people accept Jesus into their hearts. We are still seeing people come out who were touched during the crusade and the follow up revival.

We have been very active in sending impact teams into other cities in the Midwest. We have a youth band that is fired up for Jesus. They are always ois looking for opportunities to have a concert and see souls saved. We have utilized the band in many outside venues where we always see great impact. God has accelerated His work and we have seen souls saved on every outreach. Many times we have seen a dozen or more people get saved. We are excited about what God is doing and is going to do.
