Hope Takes to the Streets of Las Vegas — Summer 2021

We want to bring you a great report of all that God is doing here at the Las Vegas Christian Center.

We started the year off in February with a Marriage Seminar with Evangelist Mike Gomez. Despite the Covid restrictions, we had couples in attendance. The response at the altar showed that we heard from God that night.

Evangelist Mike stayed over and did our first revival for the year which was well attended. We saw people get saved, filled with the Holy Ghost, and lock into the church.

At the end of February we held a baptism service where we saw seven people get baptized in water and testify of a new life found in Jesus Christ.

The saints have been faithful to witness and be a part of our street preaching outreaches. They deal with people about the times we live in and the signs of the soon return of Jesus Christ, bringing visitors to the church.

In April we had Evangelist Carl Copper come and preach to us some very powerful and timely messages that challenged us to get ready for the summer outreach season. People are rising up and practicing in bands ready to go out and reach the lost through concerts.

One of our pastors on the field due to Covid had to fight through blood clots and a stroke. He came back into the church here in Las Vegas where God is doing a physical miracle upon his body. Every day he is getting better by the power of God.

Please continue to pray for us and with us about the upcoming Boot Camp that so many of the young people depend on every year where they meet with God and leave transformed and encouraged.

We want to thank our Pastor Ray Rubi and wife Patsy Rubi for their support they have shown us through these difficult times. They are a great example to us of how we need to be faithful and steadfast and God will bring us through. On for Revival!
