A Healing Crusade Stirs Faith in Las Vegas

In September, we had our annual Harvesters Homecoming celebrating our 25 th anniversary. All of our outreach pastors were able to return and be a part of that blessed time. We had more than 400 people in attendance. Pastor Mitchell preached along with Robert Polaco from

students saved in that dorm alone.’ Johannesburg S. Africa and Gary Case from Panama City. Pastor Fred Rubi was also able to come as a special surprise for the Las Vegas congregation.

In August, we were able to take an impact team of about 30 saints to Salt Lake City, Utah. We outreached for Pastor Don Rivera and presented our resurrection play, The Tombstone, to a full house. There were many souls saved during this time as area churches pulled together to labor with Pastor Rivera and his congregation.

We have also seen many souls being saved in our regular services and in local outreaches. God is moving powerfully through the Fire Escape Club, our local college ministry. Before the semester started, we had a healing crusade right on campus with many healed. One gentleman in particular had constant pain in his hand that was brought on by a medical procedure he had recently undergone, but was instantly healed after he repented from bitterness he held toward his father. The Fire Escape Club is also seeing fruit from door-to-door witnessing in one of the dormitories. It was off limits in years past, but God has shown us great favor this semester as we have seen close to 40 students saved through this method of outreach in that dorm alone. God moved powerfully in our Haunted House on Highlands University campus, aptly called “A Living Hell,” where we saw more than 450 visitors pass through during two nights of presentation, with 109 of those visitors praying to receive Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour. Through concert scenes and good old fashioned door-to-door witnessing, we have truly seen revival on campus this fall semester and we give God all the glory and honor as we have seen nearly 200 people get saved so far.

We are looking forward to all that God is going to do in the New Year.
