New Believers Take a Public Stand in Fresno — Fall 2023

Back in June, we had three individuals - a preteen, and a couple get baptized. Even though their testimonies were different they all had one common factor, Jesus!

It was encouraging to hear the wonderful things God is doing in their lives and it was exciting to watch them get baptized.

Matthew, the preteen, was asked to help in Children’s Church by telling the little ones about the importance of getting baptized and why he decided to get baptized. He did an amazing job. We are grateful for this young individual. We are excited to see what God has in store for him and the other two people who were baptized.

We also had a great opportunity to minister at a family event in an apartment complex. Our pastor visited the complex beforehand and had a great conversation with the apartment manager. She suggested we join them for their family event. We were able to put on a puppet skit. God’s favor was definitely upon us. The manager was grateful and asked us to return soon. God is opening doors with the puppet ministry. In September we will be visiting another complex and will have the opportunity to put on a puppet skit.

Even though the weather is warm, we continue outreaching Saturday mornings. We have noticed that people are open and looking for answers. We have noticed a steady flow of visitors and we pray for these individuals and families to lock in.
