Music Opens a Door for the Gospel in Longview — Summer 2025

Greetings from Longview! At the end of 2024, we lost a dear member of our church. She was a new convert in our church for a little over a year, and she was in the midst of working on her relationship with her husband, and with God. God was bringing immense breakthrough in her life and she was even filled with the Holy Ghost just shortly before she passed.
Since her passing, her husband hasn’t missed a day of church. God has done a supernatural work in his life and he’s now become a strong pillar in our church. God is continuing to help him! Also, at her memorial service, there were over 100 visitors in attendance!
Pastor Young preached a powerful message and multiple decisions were made for Jesus, and even more seeds were planted in peoples’ lives. Our sister has produced fruit during her life and after her death, and that fruit is still producing. She and her husband have been a great blessing to the hearts of the people in our church. And for that, we are so grateful!
We have put a lot of effort into our One80 Concert Scenes since the start of 2025. We started hosting opening acts for our band performances once a month. And we also started traveling our band and our magic show performances on multiple monthly impact teams to our surrounding sister churches, believing for God to bless the fruits and the labors of our church and the sister churches we were supporting, as well.
Throughout these events, we have witnessed amazing choices made for Jesus, and God has genuinely shown us supernatural favor! We are now starting out with a massive Islander Festival Outreach in preparation for our revival with Pastor Porter at the end of May.
We believe that this outreach and revival will reach out to the many islanders that live in our city. Longview is seeing extraordinary breakthrough and fruitfulness this year, we have claimed this promise for our church! We are believing for God to bring about a significant change in our city and church!
We are certain that God will continue to provide for us and we know that He has big plans for Longview!
We would like to express our gratitude to our pastor and his wife, Dean and Susan Young, for their unwavering commitment to their ministries and to our church. They have blessed our church with a strong, loving, and committed family, for which we are incredibly thankful.
