Revival with Conrad Murio Refreshes McAllen

We started the year by sending an invasion team to Irving, Texas, to help out Pastor Molina and his wife (one of our pioneer churches in the Dallas area). A team of about 60 people went, even though it was cold (18 to 20 degrees), to pass out fliers, some even street preached, and invited people to church for a revival with Pastor Conrad Murio.

God moved because 10 people got saved during the services and people also got healed in this revival.

In McAllen, we continue with our street preaching meeting, which is a fruitful evangelistic force. Every Monday we go out to the busy corner of town, with fliers and bullhorn in hand, and proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ. We have been able to witness one-on-one to those walking by and have had the opportunity to pray for some of them.

We also continue doing our backstage concerts every Saturday. These concerts are being fruitful as we see a lot of visitors come in and getting saved. We continue doing our tailgate parties on a monthly base. We have food, moon jumps, face painting, music and fellowships. This is a fruitful event because we have a lot of visitors come by and we have been able to witness to them and pray with some of them.

In February, we had Pastor Garrett King come and preach for us after our marriage seminar. We had an awesome time, people got saved and we had people get healed.

In March we had Pastor Bill Neil come do a revival for us. We saw a great move of God throughout this revival. His music ministry really encourages the congregation and Pastor Neil’s messages were very powerful and timely. About 20 people got saved and some people got a word, and people were healed.

In the week of Spring Break, we sent an invasion team to the Dallas area. This team was divided in four smaller teams, to go to all four different pioneer works. It was a great time as each team had different thing going on. Mesquite, Texas had a concert, Plano, Texas had a revival, Irving, Texas had a healing crusade, and Euless, Texas had a revival. God moved in all the churches, because each one of them had visitors come out to their services.

In April the McAllen congregation hosted the 10th Annual Harvester’s Homecoming, theme: “New Generation, Same Message.” On the first day we had Pastor Jerry Prado, Pastor Tony Gutierrez, and Pastor Conrad Murillo preach stirring messages and set a foundation for the Harvester’s.

In the evening Pastor Rubi preached a timely message called “The Wilderness Generation.” This stirred the congregation, and the following morning Pastor Ruby preached another timely message entitled “A Seat at the Table.” On Friday night Pastor Wayman Micthell preached a phenomenal message then began to pray for people to be healed. Several ladies got healed from cysts, other people got healed from back pain, knee pain, and leg pains. Some people got delivered from bitterness, and then God healed their bodies. The following morning Pastor Mitchell preached two more timely messages and in the evening Pastor Roman Gutierrez closed the Harvester’s with a timely message.

In May we had Pastor Adam Porter come and give us a revival. As the summer approaches, we pray that God will direct us to have more opportunities to share the gospel through outreaches, concerts, and dramas.
