Nogales Joins a Cross-Border Outreach in San Luis

Every outreach we are seeing people who are responding to the Gospel and getting saved. We have finally completed our building and are enjoying the blessing of God there.

Since our last report we have had numerous evangelists and pastors come and minister to us. Pastor Joe Zeable preached two powerful services which were life changing for all of us. In Nov. 2011 Ralph Blanco came for five services and we were challenged in many areas of being a true Christian.

Recently Pastor Augustine Hererra was able to minister to us for one service and many relationships were re-established as he had been pastor of this church for about 10 years. We enjoyed a wonderful time in God’s presence and also were challenged to press in on Christ.

Finally, we had Pastor Jose Torres from San Luis Rio Colorado, Mexico come and give a powerful men’s discipleship, followed by two services which brought clear direction to the church.

As we conclude this report, we are in a transition as we had to release Pastor Juan Fiffield and his family to answer the call to go to Prescott to assume the Spanish ministry and other responsibilities associated with that calling. We wish them well as they enter this new challenge in their destiny. Coming to Nogales to take the responsibility to pastor this church is Pastor Eddie Barreto and his wife Tracy. They have a wealth of experience to bring to us as the church is moving forward in expanding God’s Kingdom. We welcome them and are very grateful for couples who respond to stand in the gap in God’s sovereign plans. We also thank our headship, especially the insight and wisdom of Pastor Mitchell for sending this couple to lead us in accomplishing the will of God for Nogales, Arizona.

What a privilege to serve God in a fellowship with a vision for the harvest field. Please pray for us as we labor to reach the lost for Jesus. God bless you all!
