A Season of Revival Renews Newport News — Fall 2025

Greetings from Newport News, VA. This summer we have zealously witnessing for Jesus have had the opportunity to send angelist Darren Walker ministers r ct teams to several area churches. June, five of our youth attended Southeast Boot Camp hosted by onville, NC. They returned givestimonies of the impact the Boot p had on them, especially noting onds they forged with each other g this time.
In July, we hosted a Youth Rally which was well attended by youth from various Hampton Roads Churches. Saturday of the rally saw 72 young men and women attending. Three youths were gloriously saved and five were filled with the Holy Spirit. The theme of the rally was “Breaking Current Strongholds for Future Generations.”
The rally featured great preaching from Evangelist Andrae Brooks, Pastor Roman Covos, and Pastor Ed Tijero. Young people were challenged and encouraged.
This year we had several teens graduate from high school. These young men and women are truly stepping up and taking their place among adults in church, serving God and others more actively.
Pastor Darren Walker preached a weekend revival that was very powerful. Each sermon was convicting, challenging, and encouraging. This revival greatly contributed to new converts locking in and being established in the Kingdom. Pastor Walker gave specific words of encouragement and knowledge to many which were right on target.
In August, we had a couple of game nights at church which were a great revival in Newport News, Virginia time of fellowship and instrumental in drawing the church together.
As of this writing, we are preparing for our 2nd annual Harvesters Homecoming. We are excited at gathering with our works on the field and eager to see what God will do. God bless you. Pray for us as we pray for you.
