Revival with Roman Gutierrez Refreshes Norfolk

In the last part of 2007, we saw amazing growth! We had a revival with Pastor Roman Gutierrez and our church put on the story of his life two nights. We had an amazing turnout the whole week and the numbers grew nightly.

The last night of the play we saw more than 500 people in attendance and the altars were packed with brand new souls!

For Halloween we did our Heavens Gates and Hells Flames production and we caused quite an uproar! Our first night we had a lady call the news station and the next morning they were in our parking lot interviewing Pastor. That night they aired a twisted version of the interview and tried to put an end to our production, but God took the victory once again, and we had a great next two nights with more than 100 people giving their lives to Christ and fruit that has remained!

We have been keeping our 15 passenger vans on the road, sending impact teams to the far reaches of the east coast. We also have sent our plays to several locations for our baby churches and even to the Bronx, New York to put on the powerful play Heavens Gates and Hells Flames.

We sent a team of 12 to LaPaz, Bolivia for Pastor Gutierrez. It was an experience to say the least and our team came back with an enlarged vision for world evangelism.

Our Easter service was amazing and we saw more than 100 people give their lives to Christ throughout that weekend.

At the East Coast Bible Conference in Cape Cod we launched our 4th church into Greensboro, North Carolina. Our congregation is excited to make impact there with Joe and Jenn Mendez as they take on new ground.

There have been many miracles of God throughout the congregation; healings from cancer, scoliosis, diabetes, and more.

As we entered 2008 with extreme momentum, we were over maximum capacity in our building. Pastor is diligently seeking a new building to house what God is doing in our city. The congregation is united, to make impact far beyond what we can see right now, and to take many more cities for Christ in the coming years! Pray for us here, as we continue to push forward for God!
