Music Opens a Door for the Gospel in Jacksonville — Winter 2022

In August we had a themed concert called “Pleasure Island” where the building was packed and 28 souls were saved.

An open door from a local highschool allowed us to see 12 teenagers attend this event, where eight gave their lives to Jesus and some have locked into the local church. The following Friday Nights in our Lifeline Teen Ministry Services we have also seen God moving. The most recent service had 11 first time visitors with seven saved!

September was highlighted by our New Believers Graduation, continued Recovery Classes, Lifeline Teen MInistry Services, Bilingual Services and our church bus heading cross country to attend the Annual Chandler Bible Conference, where God’s presence was tangible and the messages were right on time!

In October we began to gear up for our major Halloween Event, which annually is one of the most fruitful times of the year for us. This year was no different. With our pastor encouraging us to dare to believe in God for big things, we hosted a three-night Family Halloween Festival where we saw more than 7,000 visitors attend. Many acknowledged their need for Jesus Christ and were very grateful for our church continuing to reach out and into the community.

This was followed up by our Harvester’s Homecoming, “Bringing in the Sheaves,” where many of the local churches in the Southeast were in attendance. People were saved, healed and delivered nightly. Timely messages from Pastors Ron Meyer and Joe Campbell have our local congregations energized and excited for all that God has done and is continuing to do.
