Music Opens a Door for the Gospel in San Jacinto

New ministries rising up in San was prayed for to get filled with the Holy Ghost. After being prayed for and filled, he had a huge smile on his face.

Pastor Dodd preached about giving our way out of circumstances. Since the revival we have been seeing an outpour in offerings and pledges. The church has set to give to world evangelism.

We have been seeing people start getting more involved with things at church. For example, at our concert scenes we have some helping with our concession stands and setting up the church. Many are willing to help clean the church and provide snacks. We are also seeing new faces step up to ministry. We have had new singers, a new conga player, and some learning the piano.

To start off the month of October, we had a couple churches come help us labor in our city. We hit various parts and got to witness to many people. That night we held our Coffee Pott night scene and saw a few visitors. By the end of the night, there was a total of 25 who were saved. Every Saturday that month we held a Coffee Pott night scene at the church.

Our last revival was with Evangelist Jeremiah Wacker. We had never heard him before and when he came, the house came down. God’s presence filled the place. He prayed for people who were seeking a specific need whether it was a house, job, loved one, etc. He encouraged us to enjoy our salvation and through that we can show others the love of God.

A dear sister who had been healed of lymphoma cancer brought her mother to church one Sunday night so that she may be healed too. Her mom n Jacinto church responded for salvation and after the altar call we prayed against sickness and disease. We were notified that her MRI and blood work came out great. The doctors were amazed to see the results.
