A New Church Home Opens in Espanola

In September we had revival in the new building with Evangelist JW Ballinger. That revival was very timely. People received words, we had visitors and our church was challenged. 6

After that revival people stepped into ministries, new ministries were created, and we are seeing lasting fruit.

We started doing daily outreaches in our local parks, through which many people have been saved and we have seen visitors in every one of our services.

On February 7 (evening service), our pastor preached on the Holy Spirit. We had a powerful alter service, people stayed praying, and there were tongues and interpretations. Then, our pastor dismissed the church, but no one moved. God came down and touched people in different ways. For over an hour the church stayed and prayed, spontaneous tongues, just an incredible manifestation of God’s presence.

After that service there were dozens of reports of people testifying of what God did in them that night.

A new convert said, “I was trying to speak in English, but I spoke in tongues. I was like, ‘thank you God for confirming this for me and giving me more words in the spirit, because I have been praying for that. It was funny, I started laughing and crying.’”

Someone testified that their conviction came back, others said, “I felt like I had a boost in my spirit.” Over and over different stories but the same feeling of expectancy.

Everyone in that service spent the next one to three days fasting and holding their own prayer meetings, outreaching, praying for the sick, and street preaching. The whole week was supernatural. Saints in our church were street preaching, new converts were outreaching, and our youth started getting stirred to pray and street preach!

The Saturday after that service we had our first drive in movie, and it snowed, but the fire in everyone was so intense that no one stopped.

Our disciple was preaching the alter call, covered in snow and people answered the alter call and gave their lives to Jesus.

Over the course of one week, during the pandemic, in the cold, 34 people gave their lives to Jesus!
