51 Believers Baptized in Chinle

In June we had our Annual Campmeeting with Roman Gutierrez. There were over 500 people in attendance every night, 75 people saved that week and 51 people baptized with the Holy Ghost.

The Navajo Nation President Joe Shirley attended the last night of the Campmeeting and we had the opportunity to pray for him and his wife.

In June, Pastor Anthony Tilli preached two timely sermons to our church and also ministered in music. Evangelist Patrick Johnson came and preached in our church as well as our baby churches. He also ministered in rap, country and reggae music. We also invited him to minister at our outside outreach called “Desert Storm,” where we set up a stage, backdrop and chairs in our parking lot. There were 20 people saved that evening. We moved “Desert Storm” to a nearby community Navajo pastors with Pastor Artie Arag left, and Evangelist Roman Gutierrez, Lukachukai, where we have a Bible study, and had 15 people saved.

The school year is starting as well as our neighborhood outreaches where every week we hit a different neighborhood with music, movies and preaching. The first church service since school started there were over 20 brand new high school students in attendance and 10 of them got saved. We are excited to see what God is going to do in our high school as well as our community.
