Healing and Hope Mark a New Season in Rochester — Spring 2020

The month of December was packed with enthusiasm as we joined together for multiple exciting events. The beginning of the month brought Pastor Jeff Beswick for a week of revival full of conversions, miracles, and timely words. This revival brought a refreshing, and left us eager for our big Christmas outreach, a play titled Inn-Sanity.

Inn-Sanity was based on the nativity story set in modern times, and was told from the perspective of the innkeeper’s family. The play brought a spirit of unity to the church, as many got involved using their individual talents to contribute to the outreach. We were excited to see a young man who was just saved in our Haunted House in October have a role in the play. His family attended and responded to the altar call. Through this outreach, we were able to see 217 people attend, and 12 souls give their lives to Jesus. We praise God for His involvement in this play, and that he can use the local church to carry out his plan.

January conference in Prescott was also a very exciting time as we had many people there representing Rochester. We had a group of our committed disciples attend, our two baby church pastors, as well as others from our congregation. We were very excited to send such a large group to the conference this year. For several it was their first time and they returned with a fire and the fellowship vision that has spread among the church. The congregation was excited to welcome Pastor Keith and Kerri Sullivan as we gave a bittersweet goodbye to Pastor Jesse and Beth Morales who will be assisting in our mother church in Prescott.

The transition service saw two souls saved, many heartfelt goodbyes, and a hopeful expectancy for what God will do in the future. The Rochester congregation and the Sullivans truly appreciate the Morales’ labors in the Northeast and the spirit of Prescott they brought with them.

We would like to express our gratitude to the Fellowship for all of the prayers that have been poured out for this city.
