A New Church Home Opens in Rochester — Winter 2023

This summer we have seen multiple disciples rise up to lead local healing crusades around Rochester. In two back-to-back crusades we have seen God heal more than 20 people, with at least five souls saved.

In recent months, our congregation has seen an influx of new converts attending and fully stepping into God’s will.

One notable couple began attending in April and after a radical conversion, made the decision to get married in May. It has been so exciting to watch this couple lock in, get baptized, and become involved over the past couple of months.

Our church has had some big changes in recent months as we gained access to our new church building and have officially moved as of mid August. We were able to have six people baptized in the built in baptismal during our first Sunday night service. We were honored to have Pastor Greg Mitchell come to preach for our grand opening services. We saw many visitors from the community, and Pastor Mitchell left us encouraged and looking forward to all that God is going to do in Rochester as we step into this new chapter.

With the acquisition of the new building, our disciples have been stepping up and leading outreaches to make connections in our new neighborhood. We have done an “Unplugged” game night, a pumpkin carving contest, and a trunk or treat. These outreaches have opened a lot of doors in the community for building connections and we have seen a lot of visitors come through as a result.

We would like to express our gratitude to the fellowship for all the prayers that have been poured out for this city. We value Pastor Greg and the Prescott church for their vision and faithfulness to the Lord in the work of evangelism, discipleship, and church planting. God has blessed our church abundantly, and we are so grateful for the opportunity to reach this city for Jesus. Please pray for us here in Rochester as we continue to take the land!
