A Healing Crusade Stirs Faith in Rochester — Fall 2025

In previous Trumpet editions, we have reported about the Bible study that one young girl in our church was able to start in her high school. It was through this Bible study that we had the opportunity to bring one of our plays, Mi Vida Loca, into the school to perform for the students. This was mostly an undercover operation. We had to have the actors sneak in two by two, and set up in under ten minutes in order to perform the play and pull an altar call before the late buses were called.

The classroom was packed with students and we saw 16 teens pray a prayer of salvation. God really lined up this opportunity and used it to get these teens’ attention. We are excited to see what God will do as this Bible study continues during the next school year.

Over the course of the summer we have done a handful of events - Mi Vida Loca, performed at our home church, a RocOne80 concert out on the lawn, and our seventh annual healing crusade in one of the local parks in the heart of Rochester.

Also in the previous Trumpet reports we have noted the group of converts from the neighboring city of Buffalo. These converts have been consistently making the drive to our church weekly and have attended the Bible church studies we have been teaching there over the past two years. We are excited to report that one of the couples in our church has been faithful to the call and has officially been launched to pioneer a church in that city.

We have already sent a team to outreach and do a healing crusade there, and the people from Buffalo are looking forward to beginning their own weekly outreaches. They already have five faithful converts that come to the Bible study consistently. We are excited to see all that God is going to do as the Colóns get settled there. Prayers
