Music Opens a Door for the Gospel in Rochester — Winter 2026

Wrapping up the summer, we were able to take advantage of a warm September day to host a Roc One80 concert scene out on the lawn that we advertised as “Beats and BBQ.” This was a great opportunity for the locals around our church to hear some music and testimonies!

Having outdoor events around our building was a continued theme as we headed into October.

We hosted our second annual Clover Street Carnival in the parking lot, where we saw more than 100 visitors with about 40 people praying a prayer of salvation.

This event always draws a crowd and is a great opportunity to connect with families. We are so grateful for each and every soul that prayed and we are continually praying that these families will lock in as permanent members of the Kingdom as well as our church.

Our last parking lot event of the season was the classic Trunk Or Treat outreach that had a similar turnout as the carnival with eight people praying during altarcall.

These outdoor events tend to draw a crowd in our area and we will continue with more next year once the weather is warm again.

One disciple in our church had an idea for an outreach that we have never tried before, which was a scary stories by candlelight event. This consisted of a moody atmosphere, an amazing team of coffee bar workers, and about six of the church members each reading aloud a spooky story.

While the trunk or treat drew in many families, we were hoping to draw in some young adults with this spooky themed outreach. We had a good amount of visitors attend with a handful of connections made.

We would like to express our gratitude to the Fellowship for all the prayers that have been poured out for this city.

We value Pastor Greg and the Prescott church for their vision and faithfulness to the Lord in the work of evangelism, discipleship, and church planting.

God has blessed our church abundantly and we are so grateful for the opportunity to reach this city for Jesus.
