Greetings! God is on the move here and the church of Jesus Christ is being built! Our summer was packed with Vacation Bible School, Proverbs 31 Class, Annual Men’s Campout, Wisdom for Young Men, ASU Student Club, and various other outreaches, along with our music scene. Our city has been greatly impacted through these efforts and Jesus has been lifted up!
Our two newest pioneers, Kevin and Sharlene Teeling (Meridian, ID) and Paul and Kristina Castañon (Guadalupe, AZ) are both in their cities breaking new ground for Jesus. Both have already seen much impact made, numbers of souls saved, and people starting to lock in to these new congregations.
We had an outstanding Halloween outreach entitled “Madhouse” – an insane asylum theme. In four nights, there were 327 visitors and 177 decisions for Christ! Since then, a number of people who came through “Madhouse” have come to services and we are contending for many to lock in. What an honor to co-labor as a church to bring the Gospel to desperate souls! All glory to Jesus!
We just finished a tremendous revival with John Robinson. Truly this was the timing of God with messages and ministry that deeply stirred our youth and church as a whole. One young lady was set on fire and preached the Gospel unashamedly at a local In-N-Out Burger. We also saw a number of first-time visitors come and keep on coming back throughout the week. We thank God for using our brother to bring Holy Ghost stirrings and enlargement to our church!
