Revival with Willis Gordon Refreshes Austin

Bands and celebrities in their never ending pursuit of fame and recognition filled the streets during SXSW & ACL Fest. All the while the Austin church has continued to proclaim the fame of the one true answer to satisfaction and salvation, JESUS CHRIST!

We have kept our hand to the plow, laboring in the streets with outreach and one on one evangelism, investing in our Home Bible Studies and seeing fruit from our newly remodeled concert scene, Austin180. This ministry has proven a tremendous place of soul winning and discipleship as we recently added a DJ to the concert lineup and have seen young men rise up for bands and preaching.

We’ve had timely revivals with Pastor Willis Gordon, Chuck Benson and Fred Gonzalez. These times of refreshing have been a crucial time for the church to be helped, strengthened and revived.

Two other notable meetings were amazing revivals with Roman Gutierrez and Rick Martinez. Both came with Holy Ghost fire and powerful testimonies that had the saints coming back night after night with visitors and visitors bringing visitors! We had a total of 67 new faces and backsliders whom God had been dealing with to come back home. Over 50 were saved and we are still rejoicing at all God has done.

We had a fantastic time with Pastor Heimberg at our 10th annual Austin Healing Crusade. We saw souls saved and miracles take place. We still have fruit from that outreach.

Healing Crusade sharing God’s healing power door to door. (Well, maybe not the whole Earth, but from all over Texas ☺ ) What a vivid reminder of the powerful dynamic we have in our Fellowship we should never take for granted … partnership in the Gospel. It was a glorious time.
