Changed Lives Open School Doors in Santa Monica — Summer 2010

My name is Sam Forman. My father is Charlie Forman, a pastor in Marseille, France.

I grew up in a Christian home and learned “about God” but I never really had a real relationship with Him.

A few years ago I moved back from France to Santa Monica, CA to finish my last year of high school. I began to turn my back on everything I was taught growing up. I didn’t know it then but I was opening up doors to the demonic realm and the devil by listening to worldly music, watching horror movies, drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes and marijuana. I thought I was just living a normal life and doing what everybody else was doing, until one night the demonic realm manifested itself within me.

I remember feeling an evil presence one night when I slept over one of my unsaved friends house. All that next day at work I couldn’t think straight, I felt like I was going crazy. Satan was invading my thoughts and telling me lies and one of them was that I was dying. It was so bad, I asked my boss to let me go home.

My mom happened to be visiting from France at that time, so I went to see her and tried to explain what was going on. Then I saw in the room a black demonic spirit. I told my mom that I was seeing demons, and the demon came at me and I instantly felt fear and a dark evil presence come over my whole body. It felt like I was dying and leaving my body. I immediately screamed because of the fear that had seized me. My mom was afraid as well but as soon as she saw my state and heard me scream she grabbed onto me and yelled out “Jesus.” I was turned over by the demon on my back laying on the floor facing up and trembling, and a loud deep voice that was not my own came out of my mouth saying ‘They continued in

prayer for me until one

day I was completely de-

livered and I was myself

again. God had done a

miracle and I was healed

and delivered.’ “Silence my voice, Lord.” I recall the verse “You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that - and shudder!” This is proof to me that Jesus Christ is the only true God!

After that experience I knew I had to get my life right and go to Jesus for Him to save me. Shortly after I gave my life to Jesus I moved into my pastor’s house but my deliverance was not yet complete. It was only a few weeks after moving into Pastor Rob’s house that the demons came back.

In Matthew 12:43-45 it says: “When an evil spirit comes out of a man, it goes through arid places seeking rest and does not find it, Then it says, ‘I will return to the house I left. When it arrives it finds the house unoccupied, swept clean and put in order, then it goes and takes with it seven other spirits more wicked than itself and they go in and live there. And the final condition of that man is worse then the first.”

This time my situation was much worse. The demons took total control and possession of my body. I didn’t know what I was doing or saying, I had no conscious awareness of where I was or what was going on. My roommates Edgar Pulcini, Hector Sajche, and James Flanagan were with me 24/7 watching me to make sure I didn’t hurt myself, someone else, or do something crazy. They took care of me. This went on for more than two weeks. At times I would gain consciousness for a short moment. I would usually wake up laying on the floor wondering how I got there and what was going on.

The church family came together alongside of me, whether it was elders, church members, my roommates, or even a new believer in the church, there was always someone beside me taking care of me and praying for me the whole time.

They continued in prayer for me until one day I was completely delivered and I was myself again. God had done a miracle and I was healed and delivered. This was about a year ago that all this took place, and since then I’ve been living for Jesus, set free by His blood from every chain and stronghold of darkness, amen!
