Revival with Andy Anderson Refreshes Lubbock

It was at the 2023 Gallup, NM Conference when a prophetic word, a promise, was given to our pastor, and a fire was set deep within the hearts of our congregants. After several years of wandering through the proverbial desert, we would finally be entering into the promised land - God had a building for us!

While our pastor has received many words over the years, this one was different. A renewed expectancy for God to move in the miraculous was stirred, and we began to scout the land. The land didn’t look so promising, at least not initially, but we held onto God’s promise and prepared for the blessing of a new building.

Meanwhile, we began to witness an increase in souls getting saved, prodigals returning, and financial blessings in the form of promotions and raises to our tithing members.

Come Summer of 2024, we located THE building, but the giants were great and the obstacles seemingly insurmountable. So we did the only thing that makes sense in these circumstances. We fasted, prayed and we engaged in the battle by taking new territory.

In October, we advanced on the enemy and announced the launching of our very best couple, Jaime and Michelle Ortega, into Slaton, TX.

Then in December, there was a shift. The giants and the insurmountable obstacles were no longer standing in our way. God had moved upon the heart of the seller! The price of the building was reduced, all furnishings, sound and media equipment would remain, and the seller allowed us to enter the building under a Lease to Own contract with the option to purchase after the third year.

Over the next three years, every penny paid on the lease comes straight off the balance of the sale price. That’s “same as cash” or 0% interest! God is good!

We were handed the keys at the beginning of January and held our first revival with Evangelist Andy Anderson, each sermon digging deep into matters of the heart and bringing fresh revelation.

Already, we have seen an influx of visitors and people getting saved! For 30 years, our pastor and his wonderfully devoted wife, Sophie, have been unwavering in their commitment to see the lost won for the Kingdom. They are the epitome of lives laid down.

It is a tremendous privilege to be a part of all that God is doing here in Lubbock, TX, and we continue to await in eager anticipation for all that God is going to do. Please continue to pray for us as we pray for you.
