A Healing Crusade Stirs Faith in Uvalde

We are truly seeing the supernatural hand of God at work in families, in our co-workers, in our finances and other areas. We are averaging between 18-30 people in our services. A few months ago we had a Healing Crusade in which we had Pastor Richard Valerio come and preach. A woman and her kids began attending services and later down the line the woman was healed from cancer.

We have a couple who had been trying to conceive for a couple of years with no results. We laid hands on the woman’s womb and now they have a baby girl on the way. Who says God can’t do miracles!

We recently took a leap of faith and built a nursery room/prayer room to see more families come in. Men in our church are rising up in ministry and we are seeing them go beyond their capabilities as they preach behind the pulpit, usher, do song service etc.

We’ve had a couple rise up in our church and start a rap group named “Souled Out.” We have been able to use them as we have gone to other baby churches through out the state of Texas to minister and do concerts.

We’ve done what we call “drive by’s.” We hook up a speaker and a monitor to a car along with a couple of mics, go to several parks and streets corners, do a couple of rap songs and preach, and before you know it we’re out there. It almost really feels like we have committed a crime.

We are very blessed and proud to say that we have been self-sufficient for the last six to eight months, without having to call “mama” for help. Still, we greatly appreciate all the prayers and financial support from the Globe church.

We are currently looking for a bigger building as fresh visitors come in at almost every service. Please continue to pray for the Uvalde church as we contend to take our city for Jesus.
